Terms of Service

Service Agreement

By requesting service from Mockingbird Garage Doors, you agree to these terms. All work is performed by TDLR-licensed technicians holding license #M-44210.

Quotes and Pricing

We provide written quotes before any work begins. Prices are firm unless scope changes during the job, in which case your technician will inform you and get your approval before proceeding. Pricing listed on our website represents typical ranges and may vary based on door size, weight, make, and model.

Warranty

All labor is warranted for 12 months from the date of service. Parts carry manufacturer warranties which vary by component (springs: 1-3 years on standard, 5-7 years on high-cycle; openers: 1-3 years depending on brand and model). Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, weather events, vehicle impact, or unauthorized modifications.

Emergency Service

Emergency same-day dispatch incurs an additional surcharge of $50–$100 applied to the base repair cost. This covers priority routing and after-hours technician availability.

Limitation of Liability

Mockingbird Garage Doors liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for consequential damages arising from garage door failure or service delays.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.
